Girls: Dont be ashamed of yourself and dont insult yourself. The next time you're in front of a mirror, look into your eyes and say "I'm beautiful and i can do ANYTHING!" and when you look away, don't look back; because what you just said is true. Remember that and play it through your mind all day :)
